Whenever I try to join a server, i timeout, and it says, "Internal Exception:io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException"

It has let me join in the past but now it will not.

Mods Include: Pixelmon, Optifine, and Inventory Tweaks.

I know other people can join, but why not me?

Normally my posts are very detailed and intricate and they give lots of information. But this one will most certainly not be. So, you have Pixelmon, Optifine, and Inventory Tweaks? Well young one, those are MODS, and unfortunately you cannot run a server if you are playing on a forge profile with mods unless the server supports those mods! And unless ou are playing a server with dedication to those mods, then, well, there's your problem.

The server has a mod pack that supports these mods.

Hm are you sure your version of Pixelmon corresponds to the one that the server supports? As in, mini-versions of the mod itself?
Also, does the modpack that this server supports have other mods BESIDES those ones you listed?

A netty handler is a common problem with modified versions of 1.7. This is usually fixed with a server restart or a client restart.

If it has let you in in the past, can you tell me if you have noticed any new downloads or additions to the pack?
