1. You are on Yogscast Complete Pack, a super freaking GIANT modpack.
2. You are on a server.
3. 1 and 2 both create lag,
4. The "seizure" thing is a lag glitch caused when too much is happening at once. It often happens at heavily modded servers because there's a crapton of items/things falling and dying and moving and running and being dropped.
5. So basically the seizure is caused by the fact that you are doing two things at once that cause lag, and the seizure is a form of lag that i describe in 4.
That many entities can cause a lot of lag. That seizure thing was happening because that many entities were updating frequently, both sound and image. As tennisdude10 mentioned, that many mods would create some lag as well, but you seem to be running it fine.
Does this happen on every world, or just that world?

I have 12 gigs of memory and probably a large amount of ram, the strange thing is that it happens on every world and every minecraft. I have multiple minecraft launchers and all do the same weird glitch. Also, I'm not on a server thats just the client chat mod.
