After playing vanilla Minecraft 1.7.10 with no problems, i decided i wanted to add some mods again. I installed the correct forge correctly (i ought to be able to by now after having so much trouble with it before ) then when i brought up the menu i saw the picture you'll see attached to this post. i cant really click anything but if i click where i think the buttons would be the whole screen turns white. I saw someone else had this problem and there's a thread all about 1.7 update graphics issues but i never found how to fix the problem. I deleted everything to do with minecraft (even reinstalling java) just to see if that was the problem but i was still able to play vanilla normally and the forge problem wasnt fixed. is there a known issue with forge 1.7.10? i'd rather not use a different version because the mod a want to use supports 1.7.10 and i would be missing some great features with an older version. thanks for any help you can give.
If this is a graphics problem my card is an Intel G41 Express Chipset.
I tried adding -Dforge.forceNoStencil=true to the JVM arguments, but it didn't work. Here's what it looked like: -Xmx1G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M -Dforge.forceNoStencil=true
How would I add that in? I have the same problem as Arcane Leviathan and can't figure out how to add it in. I've tried pasting it at both ends, pasting at both ends and checking the JVM argument box to off, etc. When I put it at the end of the argument and checked it off, it came up with a black screen that played minecraft music and had buttons in their regular places, but I could not see them.

My drivers are up to date.
