Assuming your router will allow you to connect to each other, use the "open to LAN" feature to set the game up as a LAN game. Then you can do local multiplayer.

I dont understand. Your title and message are different questions.

If you want to play with a relative/friend/roomate on the same router/wifi, press Open to Lan ingame when you press ESC.

If your router is broken your in the wrong forum area. I might help you by reccomending to...

my router works fine, its just I have not order the internet service yet
