then a window pops up saying "lack of updated graphic drivers." Then it has a button to fix the problem. But I don't know wut to download. I am using an intel
Simple fix, if your operating system and hardware are all fairly up to date!
Step 1: Press the windows key, and type "Computer". Then right click Computer. Click properties.
Step 2: Click "Device Manager"
A window will open up showing all your hardware components in/on your computer system. Look for something that says: "Display, Graphics, or Visual" etc. Something related to video graphics. For me, it's called: "Display Adapters".
Once you click on that down arrow (or plus sign) another name/s should appear. That is the name of your graphics card. All you have to do from here, is go to google.com, and search "your graphic cards name" then driver download.
**FOR EXAMPLE**
One of my graphic's cards is called the nvidia GT 610. So i would type:
"Nvidia GT 610 driver download."
You should find some results, on the official websites (or company that produced your G.C). You will also probably find some forum threads, with links to the driver downloads!
well I have a Microsoft basic display adapter and it says I am up to date. if u know any other adapters could u give me a link. btw im in a windows 8.1 alienware
I'm pretty sure an Alienware would have a better graphics card but for some reason Windows can't find it and falls back on the MBDA (which I believe is something built into the processor or support chips)
So what you probably need to do is find out what graphics card you have and reinstall it.

Good luck, let us know how it goes!

Just testing.
