Hi my name Is Grow, and im trying to increase the amount of RAM that minecraft can use. i found 2 tutorials online and did everything exactly right, yet minecraft only uses 1gb still. help?

You see how that MC screen cap shows you are running a snapshot?
Those two screenshots have nothing to do with each other.
