hello first sorry if am not good at english cuz that not my language .

i formatted my laptop 'acer' and i go to minecraft . net its appear like this

thats only from my laptop
also i tried to download the luncher 1.5.1
from other device and i did , but when i sign in it some error appear

What country are you from. It is very slightly possible that the country is not allowed to access minecraft.net

Try mojang.com and see if it works.
