Hi. I don't know if this is a common problem, but here goes.

So I have an Acer netbook [Aspire One D270-1865 with an Intel Atom N2600 [1.6 GHz, 1 MB L2 cache]) and it usually runs programs okay, including Minecraft. But every time I play it, something doesn't load right, and all the mobs (and my arm) are dimmer to the point of being black (but when you get real close, you can barely see the facial features). I took screenshots of this problem.

I have no idea, but this is what I pulled up:

Acer makes terrible netbooks. On my Acer netbook, the taskbar goes through Minecraft in fullscreen.

My mitake, I thought you were talking about GPUs.

Okay...but how do I fix it?
And what's a GPU?
