As per your DxDiag, you have a very old chipset which pretty much explains the issue it's self -- it's a low-end chip that won't run Minecraft well (if at all), but you can try downloading the latest driver for it here.
This is indeed an issue with graphics. Java is the common "blame it all" for pretty much any issue with Minecraft, untrue most of the time.
Mojang support doesn't deal with technical issues, this is why the section here exists :P.
