So I tried installing minecraft on here, reinstalled java and minecraft and still got the same error:

I don't know what to do I couldn't figure it out.

I searched quite a bit around here and couldn't find any posts that helped.

The issue is the intel gpu in that system
You should be able to play if you switch the minecraft version to 1.7.2 or lower in the client profile editor.

patch driver opengl32,

this content is VERY DIFFICULT!

First, run this file to let you take ownership of system files.
Next, hold your Windows key and press R.
In the prompt, type in: %SYSTEMROOT%\system32 and press 'OK'.
Search for "opengl32" and you should find a file named "opengl32.dll".
Right click "opengl32.dll" and press "Take ownership"; and accept the prompt.
Rename the "opengl32.dll" file to "opengl32_old.dll".
Then, download the file here; (don't run it!) and place it in 'system32'.
That new file should be called "opengl32.dll"
Afterwards, try running Minecraft and it should work, if not you did not do the above properly and or have a different issue.
If it was successful, you can run this to remove the "Take ownership" option, if you wish.
