Ok, so my minecraft has had this since I restarted my computer. I can't see anything on signs. I can't even see what I'm writing on the signs. The only way I can see sign writing is if it's in colored chat. Everything has a block shape around it, kinda like the diamond sword show in the pic. As you can see in the 3rd uploaded image, I can't see the armor on the head or the legs. Someone please help. I am not using texture packs, and this happens no matter what version I use. mI also can't get on to realms servers. Help please >.<

Happened to me, too. I was experimenting with Sphax and got it screwed up. Remove your entire recourse packs folder, and try re-installing the .jar, as said above.
reinstalling? restart it again? your graphic card? I honestly have no idea.
