So I went into my video settings just messing around, and I clicked the 3D anaglyph and then turned it off, my game crashed and when I went back in, the colors were completely wrong! Light green is yellow, dark red is gray/black. Im not sure what to do, I reset my video settings and everything. Please help

Have you tried reinstalling Minecraft?
