Too Many Items Mod 1.7.10 won't work. Can anyone help me out?

My too many items mod for 1.7.10 won't work even when i deleted the Meta-inf file and everything. I have the latest Forge. What should I do?

No it loads up fine its just when i go into "mods" it is not there and in game (with and without cheats on) it is not there.

Ya I am having the same issue. I can't use nei because it conflicts with every mod on the planet.

I have the same problem too. I would download it, my minecraft wont crash, but when i look at the mods it doesnt show up.
