display rendering failure

Java: version 7 update 65
OS: Windows 7 32-bit
graphics card: intel GMA 3600
installed ram: 2GB
processor model: intel atom CPU N2600 1.6GHz

when i open minecraft, the display is totally wrong, i dont know how to describe it, just have a look at this

Because you're using an extremely old CPU, with really bad integrated graphics. I'm surprised it even opens minecraft. Sorry, but I don't think you can fix that as older cpu's like that use Microsoft's terrible video card drivers. Which it wouldn't matter if they made good ones in this case, as that iGPU is just terrible. Sorry bro, you'll want a new PC if you even want to play minecraft.

i can play minecraft from 1.0 to 1.6.x without any lag. the new 1.7, it lag and cant even play it
is there anyway to run it with openGL? DirectX renderer doesn't work on this grapfic ( every single game, i have to switch to openGL through regedit)

No you cannot use DirectX. Minecraft requires OpenGL. Try installing the driver here,

updated driver, more lag when playing on 1.6.4 (now get 10FPS--, before usually get 15++, when looking sky max 40FPS, now get 1 to 5 FPS), still cant play it

I recommend you not to use small laptop (sized 10.1 inch) because it'll not perform faster.
