I've tried the first version, recommended, latest, heck even random versions of 1.7.10 forge. But each one won't load after the player menu. It just crashes, without any mods installed. Here is the log:

Can you tell me exactly what versions of Forge you have tried this with? Its an OpenGL related issue, which leads me to believe its your graphics card. I can't be too sure though. Also, is your computer 64-bit?
If yes: You are okay.
If no: Please change the java section in your path (in Environment Variables) from asdf/Program Files/etc to asdf/Program Files (x86)/asdf .

That is a graphic driver crash. Forge 1.7.10 still has a number of rendering bugs, and one of them is known to cause driver crashes during game startup.
Try adding this JVM Argument:
