Im new to minecraft and everytime i try to open my launcher i get and error message

Error: Could not create java virtual machine.

Error: A fatal exception has occured. Program will exit.

Ive tried uninstalling java, uninstalling mc, getting 64 bit offline, ive restarted my comp and it still dosent work. pls help

By any chance did you change the JVM arguments of the game?
