I am using a Mac and I really want to use one of the Yogscast Complete Packs, but they require Minecraft 1.6.4, however i want to run 1.7.10 in order to go on my favorite server which i have a lot of progress on. Please aid me with a step by step tutorial on how to do this as i am a noob at this sort of thing.

Ok, dont worry about the Furniture Mod, I am already having trouble with ATLauncher as when the Yogscast pack finishes downloading, it tells me to install the API Animations from the link it sends me to, and i put it where it tells me to, but then i can click I've Downloaded this file or Open Folder. But when i click Ive downloaded it, it sends me to the link that i've already downloaded and Open folder just sends me to the folder i've already but the file in. What do i do?

The file automatically saves into my Downloads folder, and I have moved the file into where it tells me to:
