Hey there! So I'm having issues with lag spikes every 5 seconds or so. I have installed optifine, and it works well in vanilla Minecraft, however it stops working as soon as I try to play on my Forge profile with other mods. Any help would certainly be appreciated!
Also, I've tried lowering the settings as far as they can go, it does nothing to help.
I hate to post again, but I've searched and found similar issues weeks older with no answer, so I'd hate for this to fall off the radar. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
To properly help, we may need a list of all mods you have, or a ForgeModLoader-client-0.log. If neither of them are available, open the log folder and copy the contents of latest.log here, using spoilers when doing so. The Forge log is just so I can see how many mods you have, etc.
Thanks for bumping this, I wouldn't have caught it otherwise.

Autosave is set to 3 minutes and Advanced OpenGL is on.
When I tried to use that string, I get an error saying "Error: Missing 'server' JVM at destination. Please install or use the JRE or JDK that contains these missing components." Where could I find that missing file?
Java JDK (SE, same as above, choose 32 bit of you have 32 bit os, make sure to hit accept license agreement at the top): http://bit.ly/196ebsY

I've tried each mod individually and in different combinations and while all the mods work, OptiFine no longer seems to work with them.
If playing on the default launcher, you can use these as your JVM arguments:
Did you put the OptiFine.jar into the mods folder?

And Optifine is in the mods folder.
