I keep crashing every time I try to enable fullscreen or press f11 to have fullscreen so here is my crash report:

It's a bug in the Intel video drivers. When you provide a dxdiag we'll know just how old your drivers are.
NOTE: Intel Series 4 graphics chipsets with new drivers don't run the latest versions of minecraft, so if this is the chipset that you have you might have to decide which problem you'd rather have: (1) A current version of minecraft that won't run in fullscreen or (2) Minecraft 1.7.2 that runs fullscreen.
