I recently just downloaded forge for 1.7.10 and me and my brother were trying to play on lan together but we couldn't get it to work. i checked on his snooper settings and his java version on the mac was 1.6 and mine was at 1.7. I've done loads to try and help solve this but the client refuses to change or update the version number. Please help me solve my problem I've been at this for hours...
No. The "Edit profile" function in Minecraft Launcher. As to where your Java 7 is installed. I can't really help. Depending on which edition is installed it might have ended up in different places, and I don't really have a Mac on had to check for details.
