I tried to make it short without having to post two separate threads when I'm uncertain if they're related.
I have had a modded client, but I completely reinstalled Minecraft and the same error continues with everything Vanilla (no saves, resource packs etc.)
Player Texture:
This is the one that I have no clue for. My character appears to be black and red and when I open my inventory, the player is covered in a whole suit of this black and red. Eyes, face, body everything is covered. My usual texture pack has nothing of the sort and I know Minecraft's default textures are not this. I have checked Mojang for any possible clues (such as is it meant to be like this?) and attempted a search engine search. Nothing, it looked similar to Rancraft Penguins Mod, I once owned but I had a check and its not quite the same, Also my mods are all gone and any traces in the %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft folder. I have attached the image. I can place armour on top of this weird design!
Xpadder:
I'm not sure where this would go or even if this will be answered which is fine as I'm more dubious about the player problem.
I use xpadder for a non-microsoft xbox controller. It has been working, however on the two separate pads I own, they each create a problem. One maniacally places objects everywhere like a grieffer. The other pushes me back so caves/caverns I fall into if I'm near and redstone contraptions are a pain to get through.
It only does this on Xpadder on Minecraft, other games are ok even with xpadder. I'm skeptical about the pads but then they work on anything else, xpadder seems to possible be the cause but then it works for MCedit and FPS games... So maybe its Minecraft, I don't know but suddenly player goes all funky and my pads are broken for minecraft. I reinstalled both xpadder and minecraft...
I posted the xpadder problem because I am under the guise that its Minecraft causing the issues because since the funky player its been dodgy. I have tried different accounts too.

I am wondering if perhaps my pads are the issue as the controls and config have been fine until recently, I know xpadder didnt cause the texture problem but I got the texture problem then my pads went crazy. I tried a similar program and same thing happens, so could be the pads which is a damn shame.
Also, I checked in my minecraft .jar file for the player textures and they are normal not odd looking...
As per Mojang's servers, your set that skin on minecraft.net, and it seems to fit your description of "a whole suit of this black and red" -- if you wish to change your skin, you can do so at https://minecraft.net/profile.

Summary:

Xpadder it's self should not be able to change your skin in Minecraft, in fact, it cannot.
Please follow this guide and give us an advanced debug log of the launcher to see where exactly the client is pulling the skin from.
Regarding your controls issue, go to Minecraft's controls and make sure that your controller properly is configured.
