I got the new forge for 1.7.10 then when i entered run client. It says i have to run 1.7.10 manually then i did. Then it kept repeated that i still have to run 1.7.10! Could some one help me? I want to run pixelmon and the familliars. Or is this because i have 1.7.2 mods and forge?
Yes, run 1.7.10 version of Minecraft first like it told you. Click "New Profile", select folder somewhere where you want to store this and for version pick 1.7.10. Click save and then select that profile and click Play. Then close the game and run Forge installer.
1.7.2 has nothing to do with 1.7.10 for the most part. You can have both in separate profiles.
It didnt work. The thing still says You must run 1.7.10 manually at least once. Even though i did make a new profile and made it 1.7.10 and played it and quit.
If it says that you have to run it at least once that is not what you did. Minecraft opened and in 1.7.10 was in the bottom left corner? Are you absolutely positive?
