Hello,

I planted dirt in a desert biome, and it has grown into grass. And I want animals to spawn on it.

My question is: Is it possible for animals to spawn on a huge patch of grass in a desert biome?

Please let me know.

Animals don't randomly spawn any more, and haven't for a long time; they spawn only when the chunk is generated, and do not despawn, and no new animals will spawn in that chunk.
