Hello everyone! I need help - I can't get Minecraft to run on my PC! I keep getting an error that says this whenever I try to run or download it:

The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted.

The system cannot find the file specified.

I have a Windows 8 HP laptop (none touchscreen) and have never had this problem until now. What should I do? Please help!
