I have had a creative world in Minecraft for a couple of years and now when I go into Single Player and go to play it isn't there. I look into my saves and it is there, so I looked up on the web how to make it playable. I tried many ways, that didn't work, so all I have left is nothing after deleting things and renaming and replacing and whatnot. I don't know if anything I can do now will work, but I guess that in the meantime I will have to rebuild 3 years work of creations. NOT FUN PEOPLE. Oh and the picture is a tiny building compared to the other buildings in my world. Oh wait, WAS a small building. I had building 30x that size and took up more than a biome and I have my settings on large biomes. My city took up multiple biomes. I had a village where 150+ scientists lives, which means 150+ mansions AND a university for ALL of them that was multiple stories high and had 150+ rooms, plus a cafeteria, makeshift kitchen, storage rooms, and a huge lobby. And that was minor. I had HUGE apartment buildings and HUGE hotels. If the city was real, it would've been bigger than New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Seattle COMBINED. Oh, wait, that was a typo. More than 5x times bigger than all of those cities COMBINED. It takes me hours to fly from one end to the other of my city, so I quit flying and used the /tp command to get me places. I have 10+ journals full of coordinates on my desk. And I'm going to have to redo that ALL. Like I said earlier, NOT FUN PEOPLE. So If anyone can help, I swear you will be like my favorite person in the world. And I'm not exaggerating about ANYTHING here. I've tried moving the folder out of my saves and back in, deleting level.dat and renaming it, making a new world and moving all the stuff that isn't files into the new world folder, done EVERYTHING that I have found. Lol while creating worlds to find the perfect world layout I started just naming them "New World" as default, but then I named it what my old world was named and I spawned in the middle of my town. I'M MY FAVORITE PERSON NOW!! No I'm kidding. But if anyone has this problem, name it what you saved it as and it should work. Lol I'm "smart." (yes, there is quotation marks there) :-)
