I was playing on a server and it updated from 1.7.2 to 1.7.10 that is modded,i don't know how t update my forge,how do i get rid of anything that has to do with forge so i can completely start over when it comes to modding?
Id really like some help with this quick,i am desperate to join it again!
i did that,but i think i screwed up a file by taking out everything i sawe with toomanyitems and forge in the name...and the customnpcs folder,when i try to use ANY forge,itl just crash withoguht a report...
Did you delete all mods from 1.7.2 in the /.minecraft/mods/ folder? Did you update everything possible to 1.7.10? You can ask a fellow server member for his or her mods and versions folder.

well,what i did was i took all the 1.7.2 mods out of my folder...and i took out all files that had the name toomanyitems (i had that mad) and forge in it...and i even made a whole new desktop to try and fix this but it does the same thing! im thinking ill never be modded again...
Guys, I really need help.I went into the files again and now I dont have any mod files I can explain understand so its still broke...imma try getting forge again..also..I tried making a whole new desktop for modding...fail
