Minecraft (Error:Could Not Create The Java Virtual Machine) If I Put More Than 1 Gb Of Ram To It.
Minecraft will only run if i have 1 gb to it i have 16 im my pc people are saying its a java error i have tried to reinstall java multiple times this problem occurs if i have it on unmodded Minecraft or modded Minecraft.
Here are my settings - http://prntscr.com/432uca And I just put it on ten for a example it wont work if i put 2 gb to it.
Then the game is not using the 64-bit installation. Check the "Executable" option under "Java Settings (Advanced)". Change the path to point to the 64-bit installation of Java.
you got me looking at it and it was set to javaw.exe so i changed it to java.ex and it opend and i set ti to 5 gb of ram and it opens quickly and then goes back to the luncher so then i changed it back to javaw.exe

Retired StaffLook at your settings here,
http://prntscr.com/432uca
Program Files (x86) means it's pointing towards the 32-bit directory. Remove the (x86)
You may need to change the jre8 to jre7 if you only have Java 7 (64-bit) installed.
