Welllll..I really don't know what to to tell you the gpu is amazing,a lot more ram than you need,but I have one last thing u can try updating your Java because mabey is out of date kinda like 1.6.4 is.But when installing make you use a tutorial on how because you do something wrong you can get a virus.

My computer can run even games like Skyrim at maximum graphics and run perfectly.
This is all the stuff that I have done. *takes deep breath*
Updated my drivers
Allocated 3G of RAM to Minecraft via JVM Arguments
Set all my graphics to lowest possible
Whacked my head against the wall (not really)
Installed Optifine
Set all my graphics to lowest possible (again)
Played on a modpack with 70 mods installed at 1.6.4, worked perfectly fine
Completely deleted .minecraft and reinstalled, doing all these steps again.
And still, locked at 5-8 FPS. How do I fix this?
