Once I am playing Minecraft 1.7.5 for mlst of the time, the block I am placing gets invoncible, then I go back to main menu then re-open my world then it crashed according to the crash report above.
NO. I mean you have to configure Minecraft to allow it use more then 512MB it uses now. Like I said, Minecraft uses only as much RAM as it is assigned.
That said it's kind of strange you're running on 512MB. The default should be 1GB. Which launcher are you using?

That rarely happened to most Minecrafters.
Can anyone explain to me about it?
Here is the happening:
Once I am playing Minecraft 1.7.5 for mlst of the time, the block I am placing gets invoncible, then I go back to main menu then re-open my world then it crashed according to the crash report above.
Is the method you asked me is to consume my RAM memory?
Yeah. That consumes 512 MB of RAM memory. You mean I will add 0.5 GB RAM?
Do you mean I will add 512 MB RAM card in it so my 4 GB of RAM will be changed into 4.5 GB of RAM?
I am using TeamExtreme Minecraft Launcher.
Ok. What if I will not go to realms although I use it.
