Everytime I start up my mc and use this (-Xms1024M -Xmx2048) for my memory amount and everytime I run my MC it just closes then goes back to my launcher. I tried everything so far and nothing seems to work. I have the 64bit Java aswell. I even used the allocating memory tutorial in the Tutorial section and that doesn't work aswell. I also deleted _OPTION_JAVA aswell. Help me, the "Java has run out of memory" crash is getting very annoying and I bet its not good for my computer aswell.

This is what it says everytimes I start my MC:

You need to delete _JAVA_OPTIONS from your environment variables.

It isn't there.

Are you running a 32-bit java on a 64-bit machine? i've had that problem and all you have to do is download the latest 64-bit update and you should be able to change your RAM

If it wasn't there, it wouldn't show up in the log.

Well you will be able to change the ram up to 3.4 GB on 32 bit java, he is just trying to upgrade it to 2 GB
