You know, it would be best to be patient than to spam 5 posts in 10 minutes. Quite a few people may be at work or in school. I'm lucky, I'm only disabled. Would help if I could but I'm new at this too.
Hm, first of all, wrong section to post in, this thread should go to Vanilla Client support. What you did was hover over the item while it had a nameless attribute. Does the game crash only when entering that world? Can you check .minecraft/saves to see if the world is still there?
If so, you can use NBTEditor to remove the item entirely from the inventory.

and its not because of that item because i realized that i didnt really do accomplish that much on that world, BUT NOW MY BROTHER MESSED UP MINECRAFT AND NOW I CANT EVEN GET ONTO IT!!!!!!!!!NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Just use a Inventory editor to exclude any armor or item in your inventory,its bugging the entity of the player i think
