Anyone having login issues with Java 7?

I haven't played Minecraft on the PC in a while. I installed all updates, including Java 7 on the PC and it says. "Unable to load Java", Please make sure you have Java 7 runtime installed. I installed it twice and keep getting that message. Any ideas would be appreciated.
