so when i load minecraft up everything seems fine and then suddenly the memory usage drops from a random number to near reset and it causing super slow chunk loading. and i never have it loaded to my full view distance. ive notice this effects the server that i run to which is the jar varinet. and in f3 stat view when it happen the chunk update hit zero. werid thing is it was working fine the day before.
