as i said in the description the colors on my monitor invert when i load Minecraft. Usually it does this for a second or two but always goes back to the normal colors. Now when i try to load it up it stays in the inverted colors. I have tried messing with the resolution settings on my monitor but with no vail.

Hm. Interesting. Try updating your drivers and re-installing Java.
