when i log into my server i get about one frame every 5 seconds, i get about 50-60 in Single player worlds, and the same up until about a week ago on my server, any ideas? im running 1.7.2 roughly the same mods as forgecraft with a few differences (i put the "modpack" together myself) also my wife gets occasional lag but nowhere near what i do, her computer is right next to mine
