Help! Large areas in my world will not render!

So I log in on my PC today and half of one of my houses is gone as well as some of the area around it. There are large square areas that will not render. Got stuck in one earlier and didn't die, but I couldn't get out. Any help would be amazing!

What are you computer specs? Have you tried using optifine?
