Recently I tried to install JAVA 64 bit, because I only had 32 bit at the time. Ever since then I cant seem to join servers or worlds. I've tried deleting the .minecraft folder and re-installing it via the launcher, nothing works. What happens is when it should join the game closes and the launcher re-opens saying this:

I updated my PC and it has been fixed. Plz ignore this.

And now its back. dont ignore this after all. HELP!!

I have the exact same problem and have no idea what to do about it
