Can't run Technic, FTB, VoidLauncher, ATLauncher Good (FPS Problems)

Ok so I have 6GB of Ram, a 64-Bit Operating system, an Intel Core i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50 gz Processer but when I run any modpack my minecraft lags like crazy. I know this is a good computer but no matter what I try I can't get it to run any faster.

- I have put all the settings as low as they can go

- I have tried increasing and decreasing the ram used

can someone please help?

Obviously you didn't post up your graphic card, so maybe a buggy or a bad graphic card?

Also try using Optifine, its a great way to speed up your minecraft

I don't know how to get optifine on a modpack. How do i find out what graphics card I have?

Use "Run" then type in it "dxdiag" then a menu should pop up then look in "DISPLAY" it should say under Device

It is an Intel HD Graphics 3000 Memory: 1696 M Display mode: 1366 x 768 (32-bit) (40Hz) Thats what it said
