Maybe u have a virus o-O?

Oh looked at the reports i find lots of errors here and there
I think your computer is broken
Try to verify and repair your hard drive.
I bought it last month! D= It cost me $425 plus the $319 for the gpu and power supply.
You have a better computer than mine, so if that didn't work I am not sure what will. I guess you can try deleting .minecraft and re-installing it if you haven't already.
Use aternos.org to host a small 1-player server just for yourself!
I made some screenshots on how to use it
This is the only way you can play alone without block lag.
If you have questions ask me
hey if you want, I can setup a server for you with your world, i have an extra account i don't use
I shouldn't be having lag! My computer has the works! THE WORKS!
just because i have a Formula I race car doesn't mean i can go 200+ Mph all the time, especially if i slow it down with a RV trailer attached to it...
just because your computer has "the works" doesn't mean anything really... how much memory do you have allocated to Java, how much is reserved for your OS versus how much total RAM?, what other programs are running at the same time? are you defragmenting your hard drive in the background? do you have your web browser and or email programs open? IM Chat programs, Anti-virus programs, etc, etc... all those "other" things slow down your CPU, and if it slows down too much, that's when MC runs slower so that it's now noticeable... if you shut off some of those extra things you might get enough of a performance boost out of MC / Java that the lag goes away... YMMV...
Okay, so I don't know what happened. I think maybe I had the 32-bit version of Java installed, but I installed the 64-bit version and the block lag has gone away. Minecraft is a dream now. =D
Listen, even if you have the greatest computer, you can still lag. That is what this is, lag. You are describing Block Lag, a rather common glitch that annoys people (including me) to teh point of driving off of a cliff. The lag is probably caused because you are in a SNAPSHOT, which is buggy and a bit more laggy becuase its more buggy.
i have this problem. it seemed to have come out of nowhere. It has just become something that i have to live with unfortunately. There just doesn't seem to be a fix from what i am reading.

Edit: So you know its legit here is its forum page so you can verify yourself:

How do I install it without forge?
Legit or not, installing OptiFine did not work. Still getting block lag.
Optifine does not optimize the internal server.
