When I try and mine anything, and I mean anything, I have to completely destroy the block multiple times before it finally goes away. I have tried basic maintenance and it still keeps coming up. Making it all but impossible to play the game. Any help is much appreciated.

On every world I make it does this, most annoying and basically makes playing the game impossible.
