Starting up minecraft works just fine. The game loads, and I see the main menu. I can use the main menu just fine. The problem is that the game crashes whenever I try to load a world (including when trying to join a server online). The crashlog left behind generally looks like this: http://pastebin.com/tUHigu7V (sorry for it being a link, the forums didn't like the number of characters). This crash happens for every version of minecraft I've tried, even for vanilla, so I know it's not just mods.
Here's the dxDiag file as well: http://pastebin.com/HsCbTX7D
As a note, I very recently reimaged this computer. Before the reimage, I was able to play minecraft just fine, even with quite a few mods.
(always quote me if replying to a post of mine or I might just not notice your reply)
I tried running the launcher as an administrator, at least, but it didn't work. I don't know how to run the file itself as an administrator.

Oh, jeez, I can't thank you enough. It works now (in vanilla at least). Really, thanks a ton!
