You haven't installed Minecraft yet. Remove LiteLoader and then make sure to first download minecraft, then install both LiteLoader and Forge (for debugging purpose).

Did you use the Install LiteLoader button in MultiMC?

Sorry for the late responses. But yes I use that button, and whenever I do that's the error message that pops up when I hit the play button. As soon as I delete it it works again.
Nope not yet. Maybe something is wrong with LiteLoader. I started having problems in MagicLauncher, too. Which is funny because LiteLoader was working just fine with MagicLauncher a couple days ago.
So no one has a solution? I have tried using the installer, the add button MagicLauncher, and MultiMC, as well as ran through the manual install as well, but still get the error that it can't download https://libraries.minecraft.net/org/ow2/asm/asm-all/5.0.3/asm-all-5.0.3.jar. I believe it has something to do with an improper line in the code somewhere, just not advanced enough of a coder myself to find it =(
**Update**
Ok, it appears that Mojang is refusing to validate the session and therefore not get the required files to start due to LiteLoader... I don't see why they couldn't just leave it as it was before, and add in permissions compatibility for Cauldron or Bukkit or Pex... Oh well guess will need to do without their mods for now =(
Another person and myself have updated on the MultiMC BugTracker on GitHub (https://github.com/MultiMC/MultiMC5/issues/350, registration required) on this issue, though not to the degree that you have. Might be worth adding your input to the above.
Thanks, but I am actually awaiting a response on the LightLoader Thread, as it is them causing the issue not MMC. The same thing happens with MagicLauncher and Manual installs so its all on them not these guys.

"The library entry doesn't contain the url, so it defaults to the mojang server."
"On MultiMC side, there's logic missing for reading more than the library names, so I'm fixing that."

If you read the LiteLoader thread its already been resolved fully on their end, in regards to MMC.
I have the exact same issue as you are now AculticFly... I'm in the process of installing MYSTcraft myself.
As far as I know, I've done everything right on my end, as far as downloading and installing MultiMC, Forge, and the MYSTcraft mod itself... Hope this issue can be resolved easily.

Any ideas on what this could mean and how to fix it? Thanks.

Am I doing something wrong? I'm using the install buttons inside of MultiMC.
