Having problems with Minecraft on Windows 8

I cant get into Minecraft in my Windows system or whatever..

I just dont know what to do. Im pushing the "Start" button and nothing happenes...

Start button? Do you mean "Play"? Refer to the development console (2nd tab) to see what the launcher is doing. Post it here if you are not sure.

Ah. You may have a corrupt installation of Java.
Remove all mentions of Java from the machine via the control panel. Restart the computer, then grab the latest here,

Grab the 64bit version if you have a 64bit OS
