PD: Sorry for my english I don't speak it very well.
Some days ago I have deleted my folder .minecraft and now I can't play. This happens:
When I start my launcher (yes, I'm premium) login in my account and press play for install minecraft from zero, but in the middle of the process the launcher give me a lot of failures related to download libraries and resources. I tried everything, reinstall my Java in diferent versions, delete the folder .minecraft, check and uncheck some options in profile options, deactivating windows firewall and windows defender, and the only way that I found to start the game was downloading Forge, installing the client and opening the launcher again for select a version of minecraft to play, where the launcher only needs to download the version and not the resources. I don't know why Forge can download the libraries and resourses that the official launcher can't.
I don't want to have install Forge each time, cause I have some others PC where I play minecraft too and I have the same problem.
Basically this is the problem, I can download each file if I put the link on my browser:

Tahnks!
can you post the complete error log please, not just part of it
Y have tried with other conection to internet and it works fine, is like if my router or something are blocking the conection (all firewalls, windows and router are disabled).
I have deleted java and install it in diferent versions and nothing.
I have deactivated firewall and windows defender and nothing.
I have reinstalled windows and nothing.
I have tried this in my other PC and nothing.
The only thing that work for me was install minecraft normally despite the failures until download the version.jar, once I do it, I install the forge client for the downloaded minecraft version (forge download the libraries and resourses) and then I open the launcher and play minecraft normally. I was thinking that the problem is my internet conection, 'cause I have tried to download the game in the PC where I work and works perfectly, but I don't know how to solve it if is that (I can access to my router's configuration and all is perfect like a few days ago when I could play)
I can play in this way, but I don't want to make this each time that a new version or actualization will be avaiable 'cause I like to play snapshots.
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
Could it be by a slow internet conection? (Even I don't have tried to download minecraft in my laptop but with another internet connetion)
I removed it time ago when I installed a mod, but if I'm deleting my folder .minecraft surely this folder is inside of the jar again 'cause I'm installing minecraft from zero.
