- Head over to Add & Remove Programs/Uninstall Programs in Control Panel, uninstall everything with Java in its name.
- Download a new copy of 32-bit (x86) Java 7 from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html
