Hello everyone who decides to help me out. My problem consists of me trying to install shaders to my minecraft 1.6.4 attack of the b-team mod. Once I add a shader and log into a server I get a horrible texture glitch. every block/texture in the game is glitched

Well, thing is most (by which I mean all) mods aren't designed to work well with shaders. But those issues usually show up on mod blocks.

What shaderpack are you using?

its the same one from the video that I put above. I used the same stuff he gave and he did it on the same mod as me.

Im not even able to use any shaders at all, once i drag the file "ShadersModCore-v2.2.2-mc1.6.4-f965.jar" into the mods folder i get that texture glitch. Then when I try to put any shaders on it looks like that still.

after installing ShadersModCore-v2.2.2-mc1.6.4-f965.jar in "mods," yes the glitch is there prior to and after selecting a shaderpack on the in game menu.

Wait a sec. Attack of the B-team has Project Red. I heard recent versions of this mod are incompatible with shaders. I'm not sure if the modpack has one of these versions.

Yes ive tried around 20 of them and im not sure what you mean by "(and not just "none" and "internal" settings)." I know its possible because there are many people with them. Like the guy in the video for example. Well if youre out of ideas thanks so much for your help man!

And the video is 3 months old. He may have been using an older version of the pack with a ProjectRed version that still works with shaders. Check you ProjectRed version in the pack. Anything after 4.2.1.16 is not compatible with shaders.

Though you might try removing ProjectRed Lighting. That module is the main one responsible for shader problems.

Now this happens with that mod deleted, it shows the server online, I join it then it says bad login and it shows the server as if it were down. http://gyazo.com/abb1ed2b397745b544783023fa123103

And why are you trying to join an online server with an incomplete modpack? You can't join multiplayer games if you have different mods, or even just slightly different config files then the server (or you can join but really weird stuff happens).

Run tests on a local singleplayer world.

Oh I didnt know you couldnt have them ok multiplayer. Well thanks for your help man, youre the best, can I +rep you or something? Im new on this forum and dont know how it works.
