Oh and it's that stupid Windows Java RAM limit. Find your Windows Environmental Variables menu. There should be a variable called JAVA_OPTIONS, delete it.

Huh, that should be it. Strange, I see a very distinctive JVM Argument in your crash report that's only added if that variable is present. Are you logged in with an admin account?
If that's the case the I don't know. I see the argument that usually shows up because of that variable so tit probably should be there. If it's not then I don't know what is limiting your Java RAM allocation to 0.5GB.
Can you list your JVM arguments? (Edit profile in launcher, at the very bottom).
-Xmx2G , I just changed it to this after it crashed as the website told me but it did nothing. I was just letting ya know just in case that affects anything.
Sooo, I restarted and then it still wouldn't work, so I changed it to 1g. Now it works, isn't that what it was previously on though? Isn't that what made it crash?
This is a line from your old crash report. Notice that it has two -Xmx argumets? The first one was the default -Xmx1G from the launcher (now it should read -Xmx2G since you changed it). The second one is the problem. -Xmx512M overwrites any previous argument and sets Minecrafts RAM limit to 512MB. That second argument is added only if JAVA_OPTIONS variable is set in Windows Environmental Variables, it needs to be deleted.
If you don't have that variable, then I have no idea what's screwing with your RAM settings.
