Either change the ID (open config folder, get to there by typing %appdata% in windows, click Roaming [or, if you use Windows 8.1 like me, it should say something else but click on it anyway], .minecraft, config [folder], MoCreatures [or something similar], then hopefully if there is a config folder and you can change item IDs, set it to like 10000 or something), or remove MoCreatures. I don't like MoCreatures anyway, so I'd delete it XD but you seem to like it, so try my method.
