I do a lot of modding, and have been able to fix anything that went wrong up until now. I was in my space station, and used a mystcraft book to teleport back to the overworld. the game then crashed saying it was out of memory.I logged in again, and went to play, but the world wasn't in the list of saves. I checked the saves folder, and the world was there. I then tried opening the world in mcedit to copy all structures to a new world, but mcedit had the same problem, it couldn't find the world. I have no idea what is wrong, or if some file is missing from the save folder.
Recreated this bug in another world, and it appears Minecraft is crashing from the changing time.In the development Console it states that there has been an uncalled for time change, then saves world, player, ect. and Minecraft crashes. Although it rarely crashes when I use a link book; it always crashes when I fall from the space station back down to the overworld.
