I'm on a Mac OS X 10.8.5 and I cannot for the life of me FIND my minecraft file. I've searched everything I could think of, now that there is no minecraft.jar folder. I've tried searching for a folder called /1.7.10/ which is the current version of minecraft I have and it says no folder can be found.
All I can get is either the app icon or Minecraft.dmg which is the install file.
Someone please help me, I just wanted to use a texture pack :'(
And no. I go Library>Application Support but there is no minecraft folder.
ITT: shoulda got a PC.There's no resourcepacks either

That should bring up a Finder window right to the folder
